About this blog

Often I find myself asking why I do the things that I do. It occurred to me that other people may ask this question about me, too, particularly in regard to my blog. Thus, for both the benefit of my readers and because I myself was wondering a little, I allowed myself to conduct an interview with... me. In this interview, more background was provided as to what the general purpose of this blog is. The questions I asked myself (and answered) are below.

Q: What is the general purpose of this blog?
A: I enjoy being artistic, and I wanted a way to record what I do and share the various kinds of art I do with more people. This blog is all about my own personal artistic endevours, from music to acting.

Q: What types of art are explored on this blog?
A: Predominately music, writing and acting, which are my three favorite things. (There will be many more posts about music once I actually figure out how to upload and post sound clips). I may occasionally throw in the odd photography project, animation clip, drawing or other creation.

Q: Why on Earth would you call a blog about art "Singing Dragons?"
A: Because I love to sing and I love dragons, so the combo of the two was irresistible. Basically the same reason that chocolate-covered strawberries were invented.

Q: Could a guest writer contribute a post?
A: If they were so inclined. I would reserve the right to decline, however, if the proposed post was inappropriate, completely unrelated to art of any kind, illiterate, contained a hidden brainwashing code that would turn all my readers into mindless slathering minions, or all four. If you are interested in submitting a guest post, contact me.
